Experienced wages/accounts clerk initially working 16-20 hours per week, but with flexibility to increase hours.


• Weekly payroll processing using Sage Payroll and Moneysoft
• Timesheet analysis
• PAYE/NI reconciliation


• Processing Purchase invoices
• Supplier payment reconciliation
• Bank reconciliations
• Processing all accounting transactions onto Sage Accounts
• VAT Returns
• Other bookkeeping duties

The successful candidate will:

• Ideally have obtained AAT qualification or is working toward it
• Have high level of experience using Sage Payroll
• Have experience using Departments and Cost Centres within Sage Payroll
• Have high level of experience using Sage Accounts
• Be highly organised
• Have great attention to detail
• Team player
